All I want for Christmas is my one front tooth....

With the help of her big sister, Miss Liberty finally lost her front tooth! What a smile :)

Providence has lost another tooth as well. It took the Tooth Fairy 4 days to get to Malawi!! But once she finally got here, the payout was big! 500 Kwatcha! (ok not so big, like $3)

First Day of School

Shortly after arriving in Malawi, the girls started school at Bishop Mackenzie International School. Libby started Standard 1, which is the same as kindergarten and Providence started Standard 5, US 4th grade.

As you can see, they are all suited up and ready to go. What you can't see is that the bus picks them up at 6:30AM! Painful. But... once they are on the bus, I crawl onto the couch and flip on the soaps :) At least for a little while longer, I may apply for a job. Not so much to do here and I could use the extra money to spend on Amazon. Did you know they have an online grocery section and lots of stuff qualifies for free shipping! It is so nice to be able to order stuff from the states!

I am back on Blogger. Now that we are up an running again, I will try to be better at posting about our new and exciting adventures.

So far so good. One week in and we seem to be settling in well and the girls are happy. This week, I will try to take pictures of our house and the ground so that you all can see where we are living.
No major adventure except finding food in Lilongwe, Malawi.
